Casting with plaster, sand and resins, Sandra’s beautiful sculptural abstract forms explore the fragility of relationships whether material, emotional or physical. The juxtaposition of materials she works evoking a visceral response and create a dialogue between harmony and tension.
Sandra was awarded a first class BA (Hons) in Drawing and Applied Arts at University of the West of England in 2015. Shortly after graduating Sandra was awarded a Creative Pathways Bursary from Cavaliero Finn and Somerset Art Works. She is a member of Synecdoche Art Collective and belongs to several exhibition groups, exhibiting at The Guild Gallery Bristol; Centrespace, the Parlour Rooms and Paper Plane, Bristol.
