Delivery charges are as stated on the delivery information page – For many smaller items Cavaliero Finn will send items via Royal Mail or a UPS tracked 2-5 day service or similar dependent on the size and weight of each client order.
Many of our items are made to order and therefore have a longer delivery time. In these cases this is specified within the delivery information page. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.
Please note that some heavier items have a higher delivery charge. This information is also stated on the delivery information page.
Due to the nature of our products many items incur additional delivery charges due to the fragility, weight or size of the product. On these occasions the customer will be charged a delivery cost after their chosen item is paid for. We will contact the customer directly regarding this and a subsequent payment will be necessary before the item can be dispatched. This is usually for paintings, furniture and more fragile, sculptural works. Please note that the extra charge will ensure that the product will reach you in perfect condition. Deliveries outside of the UK
Cavaliero Finn does ship outside of the UK. Please contact us for a delivery quote for your chosen item/s. We will source a cost effective and reliable way of getting your order to you. On these occasions the customer will be charged an additional delivery charge after checkout. We will contact the customer directly regarding this and a subsequent payment will be necessary before the item can be dispatched.
For paintings, furniture and more fragile, sculptural works, a specialist art handler such as http://www.thebritishshop.co.uk will be sourced.
Please note that Cavaliero Finn are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience.
Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. Please email us at email@example.com let let us know and post the item back within 14 days of receipt to the address below where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition
All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling. We cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
