At Cavaliero Finn, we don’t follow fashion or design trends in our selection of work; the emphasis is on originality and craftsmanship of the highest standard. We seek out quality, heirloom pieces which all have one thing in common: a stand-alone aesthetic beauty that will stand the test of time.
We have built up an exceptional reputation amongst our clients and within the industry for showcasing the finest works from emerging, mid-career and established contemporary artists and designer-makers.
We focus on identifying emerging talent from degree shows and artists’ studios when their work is affordable, and as a result, enjoy sharing their success as their talents and careers blossom. The value of some artworks has increased in value four-fold in the ten years that the company has been formed.
Cavaliero Finn is still passionately run by the founders Juliana Cavaliero and Debra Finn who first met studying art at Warwick University and established contemporary art and design gallery Cavaliero Finn in 2004.
In addition to the curated selection of art and design available through the online gallery, the company curates regular exhibitions at its home galleries in South East London and South Somerset as well as participating in contemporary art fairs within the UK. It also provides an intimate consultative service to both corporate and private clients in commissioning bespoke art works for their homes and offices.
Before forming the company, Juliana Cavaliero spent ten years in the contemporary art world including the Anthony D’Offay Gallery in London and Debra Finn spent ten years in PR ending up on the board of Consolidated working with a range of consumer clients within the Virgin Group.

We have just finished refurbishing our new house and have had a number of visitors commenting on how much they love the artwork and ceramics we have bought from you over the years. I thought I would just drop you a quick line to say thank you! You both have such an amazing eye for fantastic artists and pieces of work and each time I look at your website I hanker after more and more.

I was searching for a particular painting to present to my husband on our wedding day. I contacted Debra at Cavaliero Finn as I knew the gallery had exhibited works by Tony Beaver in the past. Debra was extremely approachable and friendly and most of all diligent in contacting the artist on my behalf and secured for me the perfect painting. I was absolutely thrilled. Giving it to my husband on the morning of our wedding made for one of our most treasured moments of the day. I cannot recommend the gallery highly enough. Thank you Debra so, so much, you have been wonderful.
I have had the pleasure of working with Debra and Julia from Cavaliero Finn for more than 10 years. They are both a real credit to the industry – professional, creative, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile for both their clients and their artists.
Collectively, they have ‘a good eye’ that ranges across different a number of media – painting and drawing, ceramics, glass, furniture, lighting and textiles.
They have a unique skill in being able to spot young and emerging artists. Moreover, they have an extraordinary talent in nurturing their artists, many of whom have subsequently gone on to be leaders in their fields.
They are an enterprising duo and I look forward to watching them continue to grow and develop their business.

I came across Cavaliero Finn several years ago at their private view and bought a beautiful painting by Gill Rocca. Since then I have returned often and always find something different and interesting.
Most recently I acquired a large piece by Angela Charles and I have found Debra and Juliana’s advice invaluable from pointing out work I might like, right down to help with hanging.
Their service is both personal and totally professional and I would highly recommend them just as much to an art connoisseur as to someone new to buying art.
