Estate Tree III is taken from a series of nine drawings that were taken from photographs of one tree. Each image is from a slightly different angle. The piece is very finely woven which adds to the surface quality and drawing within the tapestry. The spaces in between and around are as important and considered as the tree. This tapestry references the rhythms, connections and the experiences of place. It is a quiet detail of a place, the unspoken and the unsaid.
