We are extremely pleased to announce that the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge has acquired three Blue Floating Bowls by Nicholas Lees. The hand thrown, hand turned, parian porclain vessels are coloured using a cobalt solution and were exhibited at our exhibtion Alter at Fitzrovia Chapel in November 2019.
Gifted by Sir Nicholas and Judith Goodison the trio will be added to the museum's exceptional permanent collection of Contemporary British Crafts.
